• Full-time a&b Identity is a small, family-owned branding and production company based in Tulsa, OK since 1984.

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our signage production team. Candidates should be highly proficient in signage production and production file setup. A strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator is essential for this role.

• Experience in the creation of detailed production shop drawings as well as general ADA Compliant signage layouts and production is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): Name Badge, Signage, Award & Vinyl Production Use of design software such as CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator Operating commercial routing, cutting, engraving, laser, and large-format printing equipment Using small hand tools and finishing equipment such as bevelers, corner rounders, heating devices, hand cutters, tape applicators, and X-Acto blades Packaging and preparing finished products for shipment Production and finishing of custom name badges Signage prep and finishing including masking, sanding, de-burring, scotch-brite finishing, braille insertion, taping, assembly, packaging Award production including proofing, coating, taping, hand-finishing, packaging Vinyl production including proofing, weeding, masking, hand cutting, application, packaging Additional Responsibilities Creating customer mockups and proofs for: Signage, Name badges, Awards, Vinyl graphics/decals, and logoed apparel, headwear, and accessories File preparation and production artwork manipulation using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and related software Reviewing artwork and work orders for accuracy, spelling, color consistency, sizing, materials, and production specifications Operating and assisting with CNC Router and UV Printer production Working with design and RIP software including CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx, and Graphtec Reading and interpreting work orders with close attention to specifications

General Requirements:

Accurately using measuring tools including tape measures, straight edges, squares, and levels Applying basic math skills involving fractions and decimals Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, warehouse, equipment and company vehicles Organizing tools and materials, assisting with material storage/retrieval, trash disposal, shelving, and equipment relocation/disassembly as needed Safely operating cutters, drills, saws, painting equipment, and power tools Must provide your own transportation Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lean and work across waist-high production tables Ability to load and unload freight Ability to climb ladders or scaffolding up to 10 feet Preferred Qualifications Experience in signage, engraving, commercial print, or graphics production environments preferred Experience producing detailed production drawings and layouts preferred Strong proofreading and quality control skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Professional appearance and communication skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset This is a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and craftsmanship matter.
