What You'll Do:

Enter fabrication drawing information into a custom tracking software with speed and accuracy. Organize and maintain fabrication files, quality control reports, certifications, and project documentation. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate records. Process material receipts and update inventory information within the tracking system. Assist with inventory management, purchasing support, and material stocking. Support the fabrication team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Maintain organized records while working in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met. What's In It for

Have:

Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to prioritize work and adapt quickly to changing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a busy, open office environment with multiple conversations happening throughout the day Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently while supporting a team Experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments is a plus Experience with Bluebeam PDF software is a bonus but not required
