Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Production Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines shipping, packaging, inventory support, and light production assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining consistent quality. Key Responsibilities Prepare purchase orders and shipping documentation Package delicate parts securely for safe shipment Pack, label, and store parts for backstock storage until they are ready for sale Support production and inventory teams during peak periods Maintain organized supplies and workspace standards Serve as the first point of contact for delivery personnel and occasional visitors, providing a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk Follow shipping, safety, and company procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer proficiency (Windows, typing, email) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly Ability to work independently and collaboratively Must pass a background check Must be at least 18 years old Preferred Qualifications Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience Experience handling delicate or specialized products Why Join SonoVision?
