Production Labor - Coquille

We are looking for motivated Mill Production Laborers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in various mill operations, ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the mill. Assist with loading and unloading materials for production. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment. Support team members in achieving production goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Schedule:

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
