Position Summary We are seeking an entry-level Production Painter to join our collaborative design and build team. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who enjoys a balance of creativity and production efficiency. The successful candidate will work within a skilled team while also performing a broad range of painting and finishing tasks independently. We provide on-the-job training regarding our specific processes, tolerances, and expectations under the guidance of an experienced supervisor. Key Responsibilities Perform various painting and spraying projects following strict specifications. Caulking, puttying, and sanding. Execute work safely and efficiently within a production environment. Enforce proper tool use and adhere to all safety procedures. Solve production issues as they arise, consulting with supervisors when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Solid, professional painting experience. Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor. A positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Timely, organized, and capable of meeting or beating deadlines. Understanding of OSHA safety standards. Physical ability to work on your feet for 10-hour shifts and routinely lift up to 50 lbs. Fluency in English and reliable transportation.
