You will utilize your technical skills in woodworking and machinery operation to transform raw materials into high-quality finished components, contributing directly to our operational throughput and product excellence. Responsibilities Apply wood filler and putty to panels using pneumatic tools to ensure a flawless surface finish. Operate industrial drying equipment, monitoring temperature and pressure gauges to meet precise moisture specifications. Manage the banding and packaging process, utilizing automated machinery to secure finished bundles for shipment. Conduct thorough quality inspections, identifying and marking defects to maintain strict production standards. Perform routine equipment adjustments and line maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Utilize computer systems to log production data and interpret daily scheduling requirements. Support team operations by assisting with material handling and cross-training on various production stations. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Strong understanding of woodworking processes and material quality. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and scheduling tasks. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills Prior experience in professional lumber or panel grading. Experience operating heavy machinery or industrial conveyors. Familiarity with pneumatic tools and automated packaging equipment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety protocols.
