Job Summary SugarTop Buddery is a family-owned and operated cultivator and manufacturer of top-quality indoor flower and pre-rolls. We are founded on the belief that art, music, and cannabis inspire community and creativity. Our exclusive genetics Lodi Dodi and Narnia have made the SugarTop garden and product line synonymous with quality and consistency. We take pride in our work and believe that every SugarTop bud is a serenaded bud - music is how we grow. We are looking for a Production Assistant hard-working, motivated, friendly, and responsible individual who is passionate about cannabis. As a Production Team Member you will be responsible for preparing and packaging flower and pre-rolls into a multitude of SKU's. Duties Preparing and packaging our top-quality indoor flower and pre-rolls according to our standards Assisting with labeling and inventory management Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Will assist with warehouse and garden needs light cleaning - such as throwing trash and ensuring materials are discarded per compliance regulations Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications 21 years of age or older OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required at the time of hire Ability to roll a joint and have an eye for what a well-made pre-roll looks like Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication skills and a team player attitude 1+ years in manufacturing is preferredJoin us as we strive for excellence in production, where your contributions will be valued, and your skills will help drive our success!
