Inc is an established soft goods manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products with exceptional craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Sewing Operator to join our production team. Position Summary The Production Sewing Operator is responsible for sewing, assembling, altering, and finishing products according to company quality standards and production timelines. The ideal candidate has strong sewing skills, experience operating industrial sewing machines, and takes pride in precision workmanship. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment Sew and assemble durable textile products according to specifications Read and follow patterns, measurements, and production instructions Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Prepare materials: Organize, count, measure and cut fabric Maintain an organized and safe workstation Meet daily and weekly production goals Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications Previous experience as a sewer, tailor, or sewing machine operator Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work and thrive in a production environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods Experience with different fabrics and sewing techniques is a plus
