Manufacturing Associate Milwaukie, OR Looking for a hands-on role in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment where you can stay active and build valuable skills? A leading aerospace manufacturer that produces metal airplane engine components is hiring multiple temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associates for their Day and Swing shift teams. You don't need to have done this exact process before, but prior experience in manufacturing, production, or other hands-on industrial work is strongly preferred—transferable skills like material handling, machine operation, or surface finishing will set you up for success.

Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:

Cut and size material to wrap parts and prepare them for oven processing Removing ceramic shell from metal parts using a 5lb hammer and grinders Operate sandblasting and water blasting equipment to clean and finish parts Operate a forklift to load parts into ovens that remove the wax from molds

Pay:

$22•$25.69 per hour

Available Schedules:

Day Shift:

Monday•Friday, 5:00am•1:30pm

Swing Shift:

Monday•Friday, 1:30pm•9:30pm

Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements:
