Our local, family-owned home building company is hiring a dependable residential Construction Field Assistant with machine operator experience to join our professional crew. This position includes general field work on residential construction sites and excavation support. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can safely operate equipment.

Required experience:

Operating a skid steer and mini excavator Towing trailers and equipment General construction, excavation, or field experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to perform physical work and commitment to following job site safety procedures We run a clean, professional crew and maintain a drug- and alcohol-free job site. Reliability, safety, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others are important.
