Job Description

Gummy Production Associate Kray Kray Springfield, OR Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Bakery experience Food production Packing Attention to detail Warehouse experience Full Job Description Kray Kray makes small-batch, hand-crafted kratom gummies in Springfield, Oregon. We're hiring a Production Associate to work on the floor with our production team. Four days a week. Every weekend is a three-day weekend. Up front, so nobody's surprised: our product is kratom. You'll be handling kratom every shift — measuring it, mixing it, and working around it in a small production room. Kratom is legal for adults in Oregon and our products are made and labeled under state requirements, but we know it's not for everyone, and some people would rather not work around it. That's completely fair. If that's you, this isn't the right job, and we'd rather you know that now than on your first day. You must be 21 or older for this role. The Schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are yours. The Pay $20.00 per hour to start. What You'll Do This is hands-on production work. Our gummies are made by hand, start to finish, so you'll be working with your hands for most of the shift.
A typical day includes:
Making gummies according to our recipes and procedures Measuring and weighing ingredients precisely Portioning and packaging finished product Labeling and boxing orders Keeping production and batch records accurate Cleaning and sanitizing the production room, tools, and dishes at the end of every shift Yes, that last one includes washing dishes and mopping floors. Everyone on the floor does it, including the people who've been here the longest. What We're Looking For We've spent a long time getting our recipes and our process exactly where we want them. The most important part of this job is running that process precisely the way it's written — same steps, same measurements, same timing, every batch, every day. With a product like ours, dosing accuracy isn't a nice-to-have, it's the whole job. We're not looking for someone to redesign how we do things. We're looking for someone who can hear "here's how we do it," say "got it," and then do it that way consistently.
Beyond that:
Speed with accuracy. We work at a real pace and we hit daily production targets. You need to be quick without cutting corners. Coachable. You take direction and correction well, ask when something isn't clear, and don't need to be told the same thing twice. Reliable. You show up on time, all four days, every week. On a small production team, one no-show is a big deal. Detail-oriented. Measurements, timing, labeling, and paperwork have to be right, every time. Physically up for it. You'll be on your feet for a 10-hour shift, doing repetitive hand and arm work, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Clean and organized. Food production means the room stays spotless. 21 or older , and comfortable working with kratom daily. No experience required — we'll train you. Previous work in food production, a commercial kitchen, a bakery, a supplement or extract facility, a packaging line, or a warehouse is a plus. An Oregon food handler card is a plus, but we can help you get one. How to Apply Apply through Indeed with a short note about your availability and any hands-on production, kitchen, or warehouse work you've done. We move fast — qualified applicants usually hear back within 3 business days. Kray Kray is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
