Day Mill Worker Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $15.75 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Sort, stack, inspect, and prepare wood products for production. Feed and remove materials from manufacturing equipment. Identify and remove damaged or defective products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment. Assist machine operators and production team members as needed. Meet daily quality and production expectations.

Day Mill Worker Qualifications:

No previous mill experience required; training is provided. Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation are required. Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must work safely and effectively as part of a team.
