Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-4:00 PM (Every Other Friday Off) This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This hands-on position plays an important role in supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Employees will have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the production process and develop valuable manufacturing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, inspection, packaging, and production tasks according to established procedures Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Follow written work instructions and supervisor guidance Maintain an organized and clean work area Adhere to all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Support various departments and production areas as needed Learn new processes and responsibilities to assist overall production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience is a plus Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Basic math skills Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent use of hands and wrists throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
