Production Operator

Job Title:

Laborer Job Description The ideal candidate for this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Strip and clean concrete forms and products. Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete. Perform basic carpentry skills. Facility maintenance and housekeeping. Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency with hand tools. Ability to read and use a tape measure. Experience in general labor and production. Experience in construction labor. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Hand Tool use is a must. Comfortability in a dirtier work environment. Steel Toe Shoes are required. Manufacturing or construction experience preferred. Knowledge of basic math and measurements. Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day. Familiarity with tools such as impact guns, hammers, scrapers, pliers, and tape measures. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is within an indoor/outdoor facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment that does not have temperature-controlled facilities. The work shift is Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, currently working 8-11 hours a day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.
