No previous manufacturing experience is required—we provide training and all necessary safety equipment. What You'll Do Monitor wire spools as they move through production machines. Assist with feeding wire into machines. Place finished wire onto spools. Perform simple, repetitive production tasks with attention to detail. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Report defects, machine issues, or production concerns. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. What We're Looking For Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
