In this role, you will manufacture custom architectural metal products — such as metal wall panels and ornamental trims — where structural integrity meets flawless cosmetic appearance. You will turn complex blueprints into premium finished features using aluminum composite material and metal plate. Compensation & Benefits

$15.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience and skill level)

Fabricate:

Cut, bend, drill, and form metal to exact layout specifications.

Finish:

Grind, drill, bend metal surfaces to achieve specified architectural finishes.

Inspect:

Verify part dimensions using visual standards, calipers, squares, and tape measures to maintain tight tolerances. Quality control is critical to the acceptance of the finished product.

Read Prints:

Interpret architectural drawings, shop blueprints, and standard welding symbols - this is beneficial but not required. Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years of experience (preferred but not required) in custom metal fabrication, sheet metal work, or ornamental ironwork. If you do not have metal working experience but are a hard worker looking for a consistent, indoor work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Solid understanding of basic shop math, layout geometry, and material bend allowances.
