Production Worker — Multiple Openings (Soldering, Shipping/Receiving, Final Test)

$16-$17 an hour About the Company Join a leading North American manufacturer of piezoelectric crystals and products used in medical, defense, and other high‑precision industries. This is a hands‑on production environment where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential. We currently have three openings within the production department: Soldering Technician Shipping/Receiving Clerk Final Test Technician Position Overview As a Production Worker, you will perform repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks while standing throughout your shift. You may rotate between departments depending on production needs, making adaptability a key part of the role. Available Roles & Responsibilities Soldering Technician Solder wires and leads onto small components with precision Clean and prep parts before soldering Follow written work instructions for assembly Inspect solder joints using a magnifier Maintain clean tools and workspace Shipping/Receiving Clerk Receive and verify incoming materials Organize storage and update inventory records Safely pack and label finished parts for shipment Print paperwork for outgoing orders Move materials throughout the warehouse Final Test Technician Conduct tests on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications Inspect parts for defects Document test results accurately Segregate defective parts and report issues to a lead or supervisor Maintain cleanliness of test equipment Essential Skills Previous manufacturing experience is required Ability to adapt to different departments and tasks Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation Strong attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellefonte, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
