The schedule for this position will be 2nd shift Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. What You'll Do As an Operations Technician, you'll be a critical part of our production team, supporting the final stages of manufacturing by: Packaging manufactured and resale products with precision and care Monitoring inventory and raw materials to support smooth production Maintaining equipment , including basic repairs and installations Recording and tracking production data and identifying potential issues Following safety procedures for handling chemicals and operating machinery Meeting quality standards by reviewing product specs and adhering to SOPs Supporting your team through cross-functional collaboration and communication This is a physical, hands-on role , requiring standing for 8-10 hours per shift with occasional lifting (less than 15 lbs.), walking, reaching, and repetitive motion. What You Bring High school diploma or GED (required) Preferably 2+ years of technical training or experience in a science-related field Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset Comfort working in a manufacturing setting with a focus on safety and quality Ability to follow instructions, document your work, and communicate effectively This position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy. Employment with Restek will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
