Overview The Egg Cart Handler is responsible for safely transporting full egg carts from designated storage or staging areas to production lines to ensure continuous operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency by keeping lines supplied with product while following all safety, quality, and food handling procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Push and maneuver full egg carts to assigned production lines. Ensure production lines remain adequately supplied with eggs to meet production demands. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation procedures. Inspect carts for damage and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate with line operators and supervisors regarding product needs and inventory levels. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Physical Requirements:

Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy egg carts throughout the facility. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and dependability. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
