Job Description

Leggett & Platt is seeking a motivated Area Lead to support daily operations in our Berwick manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving efficiency on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support hourly associates in assigned area Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies Monitor production, quality, and performance metrics Assist with training, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
