Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Assembler team member to support our warehouse operations, particularly within the manufacturing department. This role is essential to our production workflow and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment with a teammate. Key Responsibilities Assemble filters accurately and efficiently according to company standards Work collaboratively with a teammate to maintain steady production flow Meet or exceed daily production targets (400+ finished filters, 100+ per hour) Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines Follow all company procedures and safety protocols Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support operations Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or production environments preferred Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times Strong teamwork and communication skills in a diverse work environment Dependable, punctual, and consistent in performance Why Join Filter King?
