Production Associate Job Details:
Schedule:
Day Shift 5am-5:10pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule) OR Night Shift 5:10pm (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
Pay Rate:
$21-22/hr

Production Associate Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and set up production machinery, including basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company, safety, and customer standards.
Assist with material handling, assembly tasks, and packaging of finished goods.
Accurately record production data, work orders, and daily output.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, deadlines, and efficiency targets.
Production Associate Requirements:
Must have prior manufacturing experience
Quality inspection or quality check experience is a strong plus.
