Custom Filters Direct is hiring a Production Line Lead / Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee material flow, support production teams, and drive performance on the floor. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs) Compensation & Benefits Weekly Pay Starting pay based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days About Us Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer specializing in custom air filters for eCommerce and direct fulfillment. Position Overview In this role, you will: Lead daily production activities focused on material flow and efficiency Ensure materials are staged and available to meet production demands Support and guide team members to meet performance expectations This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be actively involved on the production floor.
