What You'll Do Support daily production operations by completing assigned manufacturing and production tasks safely and efficiently. Move, stage, replenish, and handle raw materials and finished products to keep production lines running smoothly. Load and unload materials while maintaining accurate inventory and organization. Assist with machine operation, monitoring equipment, and reporting any issues to supervisors. Handle scrap materials according to established procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Work closely with Material Handlers, Production Operators, and team members to ensure continuous workflow. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards. Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements at all times. Support production changeovers, material movement, and other manufacturing activities as needed. Contribute to a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures. Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Preferred Experience Machine operation experience. Plastic manufacturing or industrial production experience. Material handling, loading/unloading, and inventory support experience. Experience in safety-focused manufacturing environments.
