Bridgeville, PA Job Type:
Full-Time (36-40 hours/week)

8am to 4pm, Monday through
Friday Pay:

Position Overview Order Fulfillment (pick, pack, ship) Aromatherapy & Candle Production Why This Role Matters This role is essential to maintaining the quality and experience our customers expect. From accurate order fulfillment to carefully crafted products, your work directly impacts every order that leaves our space. Who we're looking for: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Production Associate to support both daily order fulfillment and product production operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being an integral member of a small and efficient team. You will rotate between Order Fulfillment and Product Production tasks based on daily priorities. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders while also assisting in the production of candles, aromatherapy products, and other handmade items. This role requires a strong work ethic, ability to follow processes, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment Follow management instructions to ensure a safe, smooth workflow and timely order processing. Conduct quality checks on products before packaging to maintain our high standards of accuracy. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. Perform quality checks to ensure correct order items, quantities, and packaging. Move packaged orders to pickup bins. Prepare supplies for fulfillment by performing tasks such as restocking boxes, tape, bags, packaging materials, and more. Production Support Prepare supplies for production by performing tasks such as wicking candle jars or tealights, folding tealight boxes, cleaning candle jars, and more. Prepare products for orders by performing tasks such as cleaning candle jars, labeling candle jars, and more. Follow recipes, processes, and instructions with precision and consistency. Assist in the production of Candles and Wax Melts. Assist in the production of Aromatherapy Sprays, Bath Salts, Oil Rollers, Bath Bombs, Herbs, and Soaps. Assemble, Label, and Pack Candles and Aromatherapy Products. Package and wrap candles for large volume shipments. General Operations Support Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Restock inventory, packaging materials, and production supplies as needed. Communicate clearly with team members to achieve operations goals. Participate in general warehouse and workplace duties, including but not limited to cleaning work stations, organizing shelves, refilling or disposing of packaging materials, and maintaining a clean work environment. Safety Read, understand, and stay informed of all safety procedures and best practices. Follow all workplace safety procedures and best practices. Physical Requirements Must be able to work with scented items including but not limited to: essential oils, fragrance oils, soy wax, herbs, flowers, resins, and incense. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or slide items that weigh up to 50 lbs. , including inventory, supplies, and order packages. Ability to stand and move around the workplace for 4 to 8 hours per shift . Ability to use hands for 4 to 8 hours per shift . Ability to use repetitive hand tasks for 4 to 8 hours per shift (e.g ., packing orders, wicking tealights, wicking jars, making candles etc.). Involves working with materials such as essential oils, fragrance oils, soy wax, herbs, flowers, resins, and incense Core Competencies & Traits Desires to receive clear direction and then execute. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Some warehouse, fulfillment, production, and/or operations experience. Safety Training is a plus. Interest in learning about crystals, candles, and handmade products is a plus.

  • 4:00pm ET Peak Holiday Season (Nov-Jan): Overtime required during Peak Holiday Season, depending on business needs and order volume Monday
  • Friday, 8:00am
  • 6:00pm ET Some Saturdays required, 9am
