00/hr 2nd

Shift:

Monday

• Friday | 4:00 PM
• 12:30 AM | $23.

50/hr 3rd

Shift:

Sunday

• Thursday | 11:00 PM
• 7:00 AM | $23.

50/hr What You'll Do As a Production Lead, you'll help ensure your assigned area operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting daily production goals.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting production team members throughout the shift Assigning work and ensuring proper staffing coverage Monitoring productivity and helping the team meet daily targets Troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when necessary Training new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures Ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards Assisting with inventory accuracy and audit support Tracking performance metrics and communicating updates to leadership What We're Looking For Previous experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environments Prior lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset SAP experience is a plus Additional Details Overtime may be required, including weekends during peak production periods Background check required Opportunity to work with a well-known cosmetics manufacturer Why Apply?
