DESCRIPTION

Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Senior Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator to work from their Canonsburg PA facility. We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers' missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between. Putting quality over quantity, the Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. An AA Degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. This position is 100% ON-SITE in Canosburg PA.
