Day Shift Monday
- Friday 7am
- 7:30pm ($13/hour first 40 hours, $19.50/hour for OT)
Night Shift Sunday - Thursday 7pm
- 7:30am ($14/hour first 40 hours, $21/hour for OT)
Job Summary
We are seeking entry level and skilled Production Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and communications skills. Aptitude and experience with various tools and equipment is beneficial. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. We provide training.
Duties
Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate components according to specifications.
Assemble products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Utilize hand tools and process machinery effectively and safely.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
