AM Location:
Clinton, PA 15026 Overview We are seeking a GMP Associate I to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom medical device production environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, packaging finished goods, loading materials, completing GMP documentation, and supporting production goals while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Job Description Operate manufacturing and molding equipment in a GMP-regulated environment Load automatic hoppers and monitor material flow to support continuous production Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and SOPs Package finished products and complete required GDP paperwork accurately Resolve basic HMI (Human-Machine Interface) equipment faults and escalate issues when needed Perform in-process inspections and quality checks Follow FDA, GMP, GDP, and
ISO 13485
standards at all times Maintain cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, and PPE requirements Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and QEK programs Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet manufacturing goals Maintain a safe and organized work environment Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or cleanroom experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to follow SOPs and manufacturing instructions Basic HMI knowledge preferred Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with full PPE Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
