$21.00/hour TOPS Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician for a growing medical manufacturing company with a highly automated production facility. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with paperwork and quality documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment. The primary focus of this position is performing quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately. Key Responsibilities ? Perform spot checks and inspections on products during production ? Sort and identify defective or non-conforming products ? Complete quality paperwork and production documentation accurately ? Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines ? Assist with rework or containment of suspect materials when needed ? Maintain organized records and reports related to inspections ? Work closely with production and quality teams to support daily operations Qualifications ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Good written communication and handwriting skills for documentation ? Comfortable following detailed procedures and instructions ? Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability Preferred Experience ? Previous quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience ? Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical manufacturing, food production, or pharmaceuticals ? Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or GDP processes is a plus Why This Opportunity? ?
