Location:
Clinton, PA 15026 Overview The GMP Associate I supports the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating equipment, assembling and packaging products, monitoring production processes, and maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and monitor performance. Load hoppers and maintain material flow to prevent downtime. Assemble components and subassemblies per work instructions. Perform packaging tasks and complete GMP documentation accurately. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues using HMI systems and escalate when needed. Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO standards. Follow all cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace through routine cleaning and sanitization. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality and Engineering. Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to follow SOPs and documentation requirements. Basic understanding of HMI systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment with full PPE. Education High school diploma or GED.
