Production Associate Pay:
$19 - $20/hr, paid weeklySchedule:
2-2-3 rotating schedule | A Crew, Day Shift | 6:30 AM-6:45PM Location:
Clinton, PA 15026 Overview The Production Associate supports the manufacturing and packaging of medical devices in a GMP-regulated environment. This position operates production equipment, packages finished products, completes required documentation, and maintains cleanroom, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and bottling equipment. Load automatic hoppers and monitor material levels. Package finished products according to established procedures. Assemble components and subassemblies using written instructions. Monitor HMI screens and address basic equipment faults. Complete batch records, production logs, and required documentation accurately. Perform in-process quality checks. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas. FollowGMP, GDP, FDA, ISO
13485, safety, and cleanroom requirements. Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns. Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately. Ability to wear required cleanroom attire, including a gown, mask, and gloves. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Basic knowledge of HMI systems and cleanroom procedures is preferred. Education High school diploma or GED.Benefits:
