Job Description

Job Title:
Production Worker Shift:
3rd shift 5:00pm-5:30am - 2,2,3 schedule
Pay:
$18.00/hr plus overtime Responsibilities Ability to learn and operate production machinery, including Vertical Roller Mills and associated process equipment. Experience or strong aptitude in general production, manufacturing, or general labor environments. Capability to perform mechanical and process troubleshooting on production and material handling equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams. Comfort operating small utility mobile equipment and heavy equipment, or willingness to be trained. Strong communication skills to coordinate with operators, supervisors, and support teams regarding operational and maintenance issues. Consistent, reliable attendance and timeliness, with flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions accurately and safely. Commitment to safety practices and adherence to safety policies and procedures. Physical ability to lift, move, and transport items up to 50 pounds and to work on feet for prolonged periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to be trained on multiple shifts and in multiple positions, including production, landfill product assistance, and rail loading. Comfort working at heights as part of cleaning, maintenance, and operational duties. Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other industrial substances in various environmental conditions. Openness to rotating schedules such as 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, including every other weekend. Flexibility to support different roles such as production worker, landfill product assistant, and rail loader as operational needs require. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Danville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
