full-time Role Description The Manufacturing Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Exton, PA. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations, including assembling seating components, operating basic manufacturing equipment, and following work instructions and production schedules. The associate inspects parts for quality, performs routine measurements, and reports any defects or equipment issues to supervisors. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and company policies, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. The role may also involve packaging finished products, loading/unloading materials, and assisting with inventory counts as needed. Qualifications Ability to understand and follow manufacturing work instructions, production schedules, and basic diagrams or drawings. Basic mechanical aptitude, including comfort using hand tools, power tools, and simple production equipment. Commitment to safety practices, quality standards, and accurate documentation of production activities. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely. Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. High school diploma or equivalent education; punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
