Job Description

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Associate is responsible for the movement of materials, product dumping, and powder packaging across the site. Closely collaborating with the operator to ensure a smooth process. In the role, you will learn about Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as well as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, which are critical to ensuring the quality of our product. Working Hours:
Thursday to Saturday, every other Wednesday, 5:45 pm to 6:00 am.
Key responsibilities include:
Follow GMP, 5S, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Perform quality checks on materials and products, including inspections, sampling, and monitoring of food safety equipment. Operate forklifts and handle raw materials, WIP, and finished goods safely and accurately. Support production by supplying materials, feeding packaging lines, and ensuring continuous operations. Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records using SAP and required documentation. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet operational goals.
About you:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Forklift Operation (certification preferred). Desirable experience working in a manufacturing site. Basic Computer Literacy preferred (SAP Exposure and basic Microsoft Office Package knowledge is beneficial). Must be able to apply supervisor's directions. Must be a results-oriented individual who thrives on situations involving pressure. Frequently required to walk, stand, reach, climb, and lift heavy equipment (up to 50lbs). Must be able to work in a hot environment (Temps. between 100ºF and 130ºF). We're looking for a proactive, hands-on operator who takes initiative, supports multiple areas, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

From $20.00 per hour
