Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery Set up machines to specifications Perform routine maintenance and cleaning Inspect finished products for quality Package products for shipment or storage Handle production materials and components Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting Basic hand tool and assembly skills Ability to read technical drawings Experience with SolidWorks or similar software a plus Welding, fabricating, or tooling experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Benefits after 90 days: 401(k) with 4% match + 2% annual employer contribution Quarterly incentive plan Fitness reimbursement, educational assistance, and employee support programs Why Work with
