Weekend Production (4A)

Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Weekend Production Worker to join one of our local clients in Elkland, PA. In this role, you will support manufacturing and production operations to ensure smooth workflow during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Schedule & Compensation Friday-Sunday, 4pm - 4am $19.45/hr Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Assist with material handling, loading, and stocking supplies Complete production documentation and meet daily output goals Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Willingness to work weekend shifts with reliability and punctuality Basic communication and teamwork skills Why Work with
