Incorporates the master schedule provided by Operations Planning to develop a firm production schedule utilizing the tools and functionality of the SAP PP module.

Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Serves as the primary interface with plant operations and manages all activities related to planning, inventory, delivery, and lead time. Maintain scheduling parameters such as MRP type, planning time fence, lot size strategy and quantities, takt times, safety stocks, and coverage profiles. Monitor schedule adherence and expedite or escalate with Operations and/or Procurement teams as necessary to maintain expected service levels. Review and execute MRP exception messages. Create and/or release production orders. Communicate with Customer Service and sometimes directly with customers on deviations from the expected customer stock date. Utilize business tools such as SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) to perform job responsibilities. Demonstrate sufficient level of initiative to meet or exceed performance against key performance indicators (KPI's) such as on-time delivery to customers, inventory, MRP exceptions, and demonstrate initiative to continuously improve performance against these KPI's. Minimal travel is required but expected as needed.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field 1-2+ years of relevant experience in production leadership, planning, purchasing, or relevant supply chain function Experience with SAP transactions and processess Leadership, innovation, collaboration, customer focus and accountability per Parker Values & the Win Strategy Cooperation
