Production Associate- Summer Help

Overview Advanced Polymer Technology is hiring seasonal summer help for our production team. This role involves mixing and packaging synthetic coatings, working on the pail line, handling binder materials, operating forklifts, and following safety and PPE guidelines in a manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required—just a reliable, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Pay starts at $18-$20/hr , with opportunities for future full-time employment. Positions are available on the daylight shift , with full-time or part-time hours depending on the applicant's availability. Responsibilities Fill pails and load them onto skids. Mix and pour a two-part component product, preparing the product for packaging and shipment. Label pails, totes, and drums accurately. Maintain cleanliness and follow proper housekeeping practices. •You may also be asked to assist with other production-related duties as needed.

Qualifications :

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Forklift operation skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
