•$30 per hour About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable Press Operator to join their production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality label products that meet customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, machining, or printing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate flexographic printing presses for production runs. Review and follow production work orders and job specifications. Prioritize work according to production schedules and deadlines. Produce high-quality label products that meet company and customer standards. Monitor equipment performance and maintain efficient production operations. Conduct routine quality inspections throughout the production process. Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes of equipment or process problems. Accurately record production data and daily output numbers. Identify and manage required raw materials, tooling, and supplies. Verify equipment calibration and report any issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping and waste removal. Qualifications Previous machining, manufacturing, printing, or related industrial experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to learn new processes and follow detailed instructions. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
