Job Summary The Debone Production worker will be responsible to perform the essential duties and the responsibilities of the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following; other duties may be assigned work in a cold environment. Trim breast meat to up company's expectations Grade finished product up to the company's quality standards Load breast debone machine with breast caps Hand debone front halves for airline Hand debone front halves for 6 to 7 oz. Other job duties may be assigned

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

FOOD SAFETY

Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns and this position serves as the back-up for QA Supervisor position. 100% of our operations are located in the small, rural town of Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania.
