Job Description

Tavil Robot Operator Join Bell & Evans - Where Innovation Meets Excellence At Bell & Evans, we're committed to raising the standard in food production through innovation, quality, and teamwork. We are looking for a motivated Tavil Robot Operator to join our team and play a key role in operating cutting-edge robotic technology that helps deliver the Excellent Chicken® to our customers. What You'll Do As a Tavil Robot Operator, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of automated robotic equipment while supporting production goals, product quality, and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate the Tavil robotic system by entering production orders and updating order changes through the main control panel. Monitor robot performance and troubleshoot minor issues to help maintain production flow. Ensure production materials, including skids, cardboard liners, and other supplies, are stocked and available throughout the shift. Assist with manual case stacking as needed to support operational efficiency. Verify that products are palletized correctly by ensuring item numbers, code dates, and packaging types are accurate and not mixed. Identify and utilize the appropriate packaging materials for specialty products, including Organic, RWA, and Duck products. Promote a culture of safety and quality by immediately addressing and reporting concerns. Complete required training, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Hi-Low/Forklift certification . Perform additional duties as assigned by the Tavil Room Supervisor. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred. At least one month of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or equipment operating experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable learning and operating automated production equipment. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Why Bell & Evans?
