Shipping & Receiving Lead Great Lakes Cast Stone

• Girard, PA Great Lakes Cast Stone is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Lead to help coordinate daily shipping operations and keep production moving.

This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibility. You'll be working alongside the team while helping organize workflow, shipments, and yard operations. What You'll Do Coordinate daily shipping with production (washing, finishing, yard) Palletize and prepare large concrete pieces for shipment Organize and stage finished pallets for efficient loading Schedule LTL and full truckload shipments Prepare packing slips and track shipments in the system Inspect finished products before shipping Receive incoming materials and supplies Maintain organized yard and inventory areas Operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment Help lead and direct a team of 3-4 people Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience in shipping, manufacturing, or similar work Strong organization and ability to stay on top of multiple tasks Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet Equipment experience (forklift/crane) is a plus, but can be trained Basic computer skills (Excel or similar) Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to take initiative Schedule Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM
