Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assistant, where your energy and mechanical aptitude will drive the success of our production processes. In this vital role, you will support bottling line operations, assist with equipment setup, and ensure smooth workflow within our bottling facility. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver quality products efficiently and safely delivering high quality spirits and cosktails nationwide. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced, fast growing beverage environment, contributing directly to our production excellence. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of bottling equipment using hand tools and power tools Working with a team to fill, inspect, label and case our award wininng spirits and cocktails. Support assembly line activities by organizing parts and materials for efficient production flow Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials and finished goods within the facility Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure safety standards are met and equipment functions properly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bottling facility floor, including storage areas and workstations Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve production processes Follow safety protocols diligently to promote a secure working environment for all staff Requirements Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts Basic understanding of manufacturing safety procedures and practices Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production needs Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions directly impact product quality and operational efficiency.
