Manufacturing Production Associate Pay:
$18.00 per hour We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious Manufacturing Production Associates to operate facility machinery, assemble parts, move materials, and perform other general production duties. This position requires the ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment and follow a rotating shift schedule. Work Schedule Monday through Friday Swing shifts: First shift: 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Second shift:
3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Some positions may remain on a permanent first- or second-shift schedule based on operational needs. Overtime may be required. Duties and Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble parts and materials according to production requirements. Operate equipment used to move materials throughout the facility. Read work orders and identify the materials required for production. Complete work orders and assigned tasks accurately and promptly. Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Perform additional production and general labor duties as assigned by supervisors. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or related experience preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment preferred. Ability to read a ruler, micrometer, and basic work orders. Ability to organize and prioritize workflow. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work swing shifts and overtime as required. Ability to safely perform physically demanding work. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
