This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Primary Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate production records to comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in lean manufacturing efforts. Handle materials and products according to established procedures, maintaining attention to detail and minimizing waste. Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices to promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and understanding of production processes. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Experience utilizing computerized systems for production tracking and reporting is a plus. Education / Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to support skill development and ensure successful integration into the production team.
