Responsibilities Coordinate all activities required to effectively lay out work and set-up machines or equipment. Meet or exceed fabrication and customer requirements as per design specifications and published schedules. Read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend all forms of written and/or verbal instructions, including blueprints. Troubleshoot machine problems and perform preventative maintenance. Efficiently utilize resources to minimize scrap, materials, and labor. Essential Skills Proficiency in saw operation, drill press, bandsaw, and fabrication machine set-up. Ability to read blueprints and perform machine operation, including sheet metal fabrication. Experience with shear, punch press, press brake, micrometer, tape measure, and calipers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hatfield, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
