Hot, Humid, Dusty, fast-paced The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Support Team Member for the Operators. This is a Full-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility in Hellertown, PA. If you are passionate about insects and interested in contributing to the production process of our high-quality products, then we want to hear from you.

Duties:

Work with and handle live insects daily Prepares boxes and materials Performs duties with accuracy Assemble with care, accuracy, and quality Maintain a clean, safe work environment Attention to detail Work independently and as a team player Performs responsibilities in a friendly and professional manner, considering co-workers and other staff Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management

Requirements:

Ability to work in a dusty environment Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently Ability to stand in place, squat, kneel, bend, and carry frequently Ability to problem solve and follow directions Ability to understand and speak English Ability to count to 100 and do simple math Ability to use a box cutter and tape gun Ability to perform duties with accuracy, care, and speed Ability to work independently and as a team player Must have attention to detail
