General Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will take part in various roles including Tray Scraper, Magazine Supply, Cupper, Picker, Handpacker, and more. Your duties will involve maintaining cleanliness, ensuring product quality, and operating machinery efficiently. Responsibilities Wear and maintain gloves in a sanitary manner, switching them out as you rotate tasks. Supply cups for all cup setter magazines and clear any stuck cup paper. Scrape trays and keep the cup setter area clean at all times. Ensure the correct cup paper size is used and reposition any incorrectly deposited cups. Remove defective products from the inspection belt and address product jams. Perform metal detection checks regularly and clean detection equipment. Fill cases with the required number of bags and monitor bag seal integrity. Rotate through stations, fill, and seal cases, and perform quality tracking. Essential Skills Experience in production, general labor, packaging, food production, and manufacturing. Ability to work both 2nd and 3rd shifts, with training on the 1st shift. Proficiency in tasks such as picking, cleaning, and hand packing. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must wear steel-toed or composite-toed shoes.
