As a Media Production Specialist for the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), you will play an exciting part in producing videos, graphics, and digital content. This position leads the planning and production of media content that supports communication, education, and outreach for the Pennsylvania State Police. As a Media Production Specialist, you will perform the following duties:Project Planning:
Develop concepts, timelines, and production methods for media projectsContent Creation:
Produce videos, audio, graphics, animations, and photography for various needsEquipment Setup:
Prepare and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for events and recordingsPost Production:
Edit media, create animations, and prepare final versions for distributionSocial Media Support:
Develop content and review analytics to strengthen outreach effortsTechnical Troubleshooting:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for specific events. Free parking is included with this position.Telework:

Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $59,345.00 (before taxes). Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of professional experience in video or film production, multi-media design, animation, photography, or graphic design and a bachelor's degree in communications media, video or film production, graphic design, or a closely related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
